Hospital Management System Project Overview

The Hospital Management System is a computer software system, which is used to managing the functioning and events of any hospital or multi-speciality hospital. We developed Hospital Management System application for multi-speciality hospital to maintain hospital data such as doctors detail, rooms detail, patients detail, bill detail and patient payment detail etc. Hospital Management System project used to maintain and track patients record for any multi-speciality hospital.

Only hospital staff or admin staff can operate this software to maintain all details regarding hospital.
The main modules of this project are :
Doctor module, Room module, Patient module, Bill module, Room shifting module, Patient payment module, Patient discharge module and last but most important Reports module.
We will elaborate all modules with full details and functioning.

ADD Doctors

Hospital staff or software operator can add doctors data with their speciality of disease.
A multi-speciality hospital keeps many doctors for visiting basis and permanent basis.

ADD Rooms

In multi-speciality hospital there are many types of rooms such as A.C rooms, Special rooms, Super deluxe rooms, I.C.U. etc.
Here, we can add room details with room types, number of rooms, room rates according to hospital details.

ADD / Admit Patients

In this module we add new patient details such as name, address, contact no, disease, refer by doctor and all personal details.
After adding all the above patient detail we assign room as per patient wishes and provide doctors according to their disease.

Assign Room and Doctor

After admit patient in hospital, hospital staff assign room as per patient condition and provide doctors according to their disease and budget.

Generate Bill

In bill module we generate patient bill. Patient bill will be includes room bill, doctor bill and medicine bill. Room bill will be calculated per days.
Doctor bill will be calculated as per doctor treatment, and medicine bill will be generated from medical store.

Room Shifting

In some cases patient wants to change their room. In critical condition we admit patient in I.C.U. After cure or stable condition we shift patient to general room from I.C.U. as per patient budget and wish.
Patient room type directly affect their bill.

Payment Bill

After admit patient, hospital staff generates patient bill as per their treatment. We make payment entry when we receive payment from patient side.

Discharge Patient

When patient conditions well and pay full bill.
Then we discharge patient from hospital.

Manage Reports

Reports are very important part of any system. We generate all reports as per hospital system needs.
Hospital system generates patients reports of admitted patient and discharged patients.
System shows patients bill reports, payment reports. And system also generates reports by date wise, bill wise and patient room types wise.
